Los Colores Poster (Spanish colors poster)

A modern take on a poster* for the colors in Spanish. The word is written out in Spanish in that specific color. This way students do not translate the word "red" into "rojo" or vice versa. They see the word "rojo" out in the color red and make that association. *There are 2 posters included: one that uses the word "café" and the other that uses "marrón." (both mean brown). Rana Ranita (Spanish verb or vocabulary board game)

Help save the Ranita from the perils of the swamp, so he can make it home safely to his family. A board game that can be adapted to any verb tense or vocabulary theme. Teaching style

I love the language and culture and enjoy using real world materials and experiences to expose students to how they can use the language in everyday applications. I want to make sure that students can communicate in the language. If they can't communicate, what's the point? I also enjoy using stories to have students learn the language through reading, conversation, and listening. They invoke their prior knowledge and apply it to language learning.
