This editable product includes three rubrics for both teachers and students - one set based on opinion writing, one on narrative writing (could be real or imagined), and one on informational writing. My goal in the classroom is to inspire kiddos on a daily basis and show them that the things we're doing in the classroom can transfer to their daily lives - and especially their lives as they grow up! For that reason, it's always bothered me to have class jobs like "door holder" or "substitute" - because that's not necessarily something you can grow up and have as a career. So instead, I've come up with career titles that students could actually grow up to be. Included are 8 jobs (listed below)
