I was struggling to find lesson ideas for my special needs movement students as many of the activities I could find would be more advanced than they could handle. Need a quick and low prep activity for a sub with no dance experience or a fun Friday activity? Teaching style
Do what works!!
I am a little crazy and silly, pretty good at embarrassing myself in front of my students and the first to make fun of myself.
I think it can easily said that I'm pretty laid back overall in my style and like a mix of directed teaching and providing my student with the opportunity to get creative!
