I use these tabs, or pages, to organize student writing binders and separate them into 3 basic sections: information, projects in progress, and published drafts. They may also be glued into interactive writing notebooks to separate the same types of sections. My students take some time at the beginning of the year (or unit) to decorate their tabs as we set up the binders. These have been incredibly useful in keeping students organized!
