We've been using it in our classes for several years, and it has helped us hold our students accountable for appropriate participation. We use a quick and easy point system. Is it foolproof? Yes! How can you avoid icky bathroom germs and creepy crawlies? Well, we think we have a solution to this classroom management problem! Use these bathroom pass stickers and sign-out sheets. When students need to use the restroom, they are required to sign-out so we can keep a record of bathroom usage. Then, instead of taking a gross, disgusting physical pass, the students use these stickers instead. There is no reason for them to touch their "pass" while in the bathroom, eliminating any "bathroo

This is a set of five sheets of homework passes. Each page contains six homework passes, so it's easy to copy a whole batch with which to award students. Our digital behavior/discipline log is meant to be used on the computer, but it can also be printed out on a blank copy. There are entries for the students' behavior and teacher's action taken, including parent contact. We have included a possible use page.
