Experience

I have seven years experience in education, during which time I have taught math and coached math teachers. The subject areas I have experience with are: middle school math, Algebra I and II, High School Geometry, and Pre-Calculus.

Teaching style

I prefer to start with student-led explorations into a concept, but close with a more directive teacher-led instruction and guided practice to make sure the concept sticks.
