This is a worksheet with 36 questions to help students understand the concept of squared integers. For each integer given, the students have to figure out which two squared integers that this integer itself lies between. It can help students to improve their ability to approximate squared integers. There are 36 questions concisely but tidily presented on a single worksheet. I originally had 50 questions on the worksheet, but this seemed cramped and a bit of an overkill. The original worksheet

Teaching style
I like to challenge the students and create activities that make them scratch their heads and have to think about a topic or situation. I try to make each topic as applicable to everyday examples as I can. Being able to regurgitate information is one thing, but I like to see students thinking outside the box.
My own education history
Bachelor or science Education (Honours), Taught masters in Software localisation.
Additional biographical information
I come from Ireland, but have lived and worked in an environment that is mostly concerned with American curriculum or British curriculum, in that time teaching mainly Math and the three Sciences (chemistry, physics and biology, as well as ecology and environmental science etc) and English as a language.
