About the store
I have had the privilege of working as a special education teacher for 10 years! Throughout my time I have worked in inclusive settings, resource rooms and for the past 2 years as a self-contained teacher. During my time as a teacher I have come across many students with both academic and behavioral challenges. Through my studies at FTF Behavioral Consulting I have developed many skills in the area of behavior management and modification. This has really shaped how I view students and the role of schools in the shaping of children's behavior. You'll see through my resources that this is a true passion of mine!

Teaching style

Empathy-trauma informed-research based These are the pillars of my classroom and the basis for all of my teaching. I believe that student connection is the foundation for a successful classroom, especially when working with students with disabilities and behavioral challenges. From there you can develop research based and data driven plans to intervene, teach and shape behavior in order for students to build independence and the ability to learn!
