This "Wanted"-style Classroom jobs slideshow contains 6 job descriptions (Chromebook Captain, Materials Manager, Time Titan, Board Boss, Grown-Up Greeter, and Attendance Aide). I have also included a job "application" with the listing (linked on the last slide). These are the genre labels I have on the different shelves in my classroom! I find them incredibly helpful because they not only label books, but they briefly inform students of what to expect out of each genre. I recommend cutting and laminating these, but part of the beauty is that they are fully customizable through Google Slides. This has been a lifesaver in my classroom! Students are allowed to retake, rewrite, and redo certain assignments per school policy. That being said, it's a lot for teachers to keep track of! I also observed students occasionally not putting forth their best effort on their original assignment, as they knew they could always retake for a higher grade. This template can be used to have students formulate two SMART goals for the school year. To encourage well-roundedness, it includes space for an academic goal, but also encourages students to set an additional, non-academic, goal. This second goal could be related to work ethic, focus, athletics, arts, building friendships, etc.
