This vocab sheet has been organized into categories that make studying much easier. The vocab included is that from Bien Dit French Level 1, Chapter 3. There is some added vocabulary as well to enrich the chapter. This is one of my best re-workings of the Bien Dit vocab sheets! Grammar concepts have been given space (verb conjugations, possessives, adj agreement...) and Question/Answers have been organized so that it is easy to know which go together. I like to print vocab sheets on COLORFUL

SO MANY USES! Use this generic verb conjugation sheet to practice conjugating regular verbs OR irregular verbs. This is a great tool! Photocopy a huge stack front and back and hole punch. These are a great Grab-n-Go for test prep, substitute days, student stations, games, tutoring, etc. You can also use them to make a STUDY GUIDE of a verb tense (ex: Passe Compose AVOIR irregular past participle verb conjugations- wow typing that made me feel super nerd-ifique). The repetition of the sheet an

Use this Brainstorming Activity to come up with your own set of 'Essential' travel vocabulary as a class. Students will have a great time dialoguing with you about what words, questions, and phrases they think they will need when travelling. You can also nudge them in the right direction though with a list that has been provided for you (English AND French provided). You can use the blank sheet, English only sheet (for game), or English-->French sheet...whatever you need! I have travelled

Print this out front and back for students. Here they get to practice sentence writing while also getting to use their artistic talents (tying vocab to visuals instead of just translating). These can be hung on the walls or passed around to other students who can read them aloud and, without vocab sheets, try to remember what the vocab means -of course using the pictures as prompts. Can also be cut out and turned into little books. VERY FUN! ATTN!!! Receive TPT credit for leaving feedback on pr

Here is a great story in the Passe Compose about Mr. Grossgourmand. There are VANDY verbs, regular avoir verbs, and some reflexives. The story is about the routine of Mr. Grossgourmand. We find out what he does as soon as he wakes up, then follow his actions throughout the day as he goes for a walk and finds a banquet at a mysteriously empty home. What will Mr. Grodgourmand do about all that food sitting there with no one to eat it? Buy this product and you can find out. The last slide is an

About the store

Experience

I taught French 1, 2, 3 Honors, and AP/IB during my 5 yearsin Arizona. My last 3 years I mainly taught French 1 and 2. I also taught ESL for a year in Taiwan to kids ages 4-18. I currently teach French for NorthStar Academy an accredited online school with rigorous (and fun) curriculum.

Teaching style

My teaching style is very interactive. I like to use lots of TECHNOLOGY. I also like to use lots of activities that get my students SPEAKING and HEARING the language. Although you see a lot of items labelled with their Bien Dit level and chapter equivalents many of the activities can be used in non-Bien Dit classrooms with non-Bien Dit curriculum. The labels are just there to help out Bien Dit users find what they are looking for faster.
