Music Director, Ambrose Plamondon Elementary School - Chicago Public Schools, Chicago, Illinois 2012 — Present Assistant Band Director and Director Of Jazz Bands, Benet Academy, Lisle, Illinois 2011 — 2012 Long Term Substitute Law and Economics Teacher, Benet Academy, Lisle Illinois 2012 Private lesson Teacher, Musician’s Workshop Westmont, 2011 Private lesson Teacher, Musika, New York, NY, 2011 Private lesson Teacher, Self Employed, Charleston Il 2007-2010

Teaching style

My curriculum is designed to develop the foundational skills of music including rhythm, melody, dynamics, tempo, and more. I then strive to integrate these skills into core subject curriculum by revealing the underlying concepts shared in math, science, literacy and other disciplines as experienced by students in academia as well as everyday life.
