English Language Arts, Writing, Writing-Expository
These bilingual flash cards can go along with a unit on farm animals. They have they name of the animal in Spanish and English along with the sound that the animals make.
One way they can be used it to print, laminate (for durability), and cut the cards out and them put them in a bucket. With a small group of students, have them pass the bucket, pick a card, and mimic the sound the animal makes. You could also practice the animals names in Spanish or English.

My students have been having a difficult time spelling number words correctly in Spanish and English so I created this simple table so that they can practice at home. Some parts of the words are specifically in bold because they have the most difficult time remembering that part of the spelling pattern.
