This activity takes the basic idea of a flipbook to show changes of moon phases due to the position of the Moon, and adds in the changes in tide ranges and types into one flipbook. This worksheet helps students to understand that a season - 3 months - is a chunk of the Earth's orbit. I have them put in the dates of the seasonal changes and then relate other important dates in our calendar to those seasonal dates.
