This activity includes two versions. Version A is the more basic version. The students will solve 4 fraction operation problems (one addition, one subtraction, one multiplication, and one division). After they solve each problem, they will add their four answers to reveal their sum for that side. Version B is set up the same way but with more difficult problems. The sum makes for an easy check for teacher's to see how their students are doing.
These notes on dividing fractions are perfect for interactive notebooks. It includes a right side for direct instruction and guided practice and a left side for independent practice. Notes are duplicated per page to save paper and time by the copier!
Equivalent ratio cards are created for you to cut and give to your students. They can work independently, with a partner, or as a team. Their goal is to pair up all of the equivalent ratios. They will use each ratio one time. An answer sheet is provided for the students to record their answers on. Answer key is included!
