While this MATH MAT can be used for any student, I personally created this for my students with either math deficits and/or reading comprehension deficits. Teaching style
Each one of my students is very special--it is up to me to try to make connections to their unique learning need(s) while supporting the gen ed teachers on the general education curriculum. My ultimate goal is to ensure my students are making progress toward grade level goals and their individual educational goals.
My students' are uniquely able to learn and adapt regardless of their learning disability and/or behavior barriers. The obstacles some of my students overcome is inspiring to their peers and most of all, ME!
