This resource includes a real recipe and fraction operation questions covering fraction multiplication and division. There are several different types of questions. This was a fun activity to do with a small group of students in summer school. First we did the math, then made the rice krispies.

I use this quiz in the beginning of the year to introduce the idea of writing and testing conjectures/general rules. The next class, I go through these examples to help students better understand the difference between a specific statement and a general rule.
