Who doesn't love money? My students sure do! I used this basic monetary system to reward students for good work and allow them to choose methods of extra credit. It is a simple program that the students love and I was able to keep up with. I wrote their name of their money (or had them do it) and then they had to keep up with it.

Hey teacher friends! I hope you can find this helpful! I chose some buddy labels that highlighted key 8th grade vocabulary. I’ve left this as a Word Document so that you can edit it anyway you would like! I passed out the sheets and then collected them after 20ish minutes. Later that night, I went through and just filled in names of people who still needed buddies for those labels.
