Teaching style
I believe all students can learn in a differentiated classroom that tries to meet the needs of all learners. I am a classroom facilitator that focuses more on student learning and less on "teaching". Using formative assessment, feedback, and student self assessment around clear learning targets is key to student success.

Josh: I was privileged to have the opportunity to be a finalist for Wyoming State Teacher of the Year. I was named Goshen County School District Teacher of the Year in 2014.
