As requested by parents, I use this daily behavior log to let parents know how their child's day went by circling either thumbs up, thumbs in the middle, or thumbs down, leaving a brief comment (I try to stay as positive as possible), and writing down what their child ate for lunch (I've had many parents ask me this, so I provided a column).
