When students reflect on their performance, they take the time for metacognition and build more skills for success! This reflection is designed for general use on any math test. Students reflect on their score, choices leading up to the test, categorize their errors, and so much more! There is a space to write a plan for future tests as well as a parent signature line. Designed with my 5th-grade students in mind, but can be used for any age range where students need to start thinking about long-term assignments.
