Literature Circle Questions: I Survived Shark Attacks
These questions were created for my students to fill out as they read the book i Survived the Shark Attacks of 1916. Students spent two weeks in literature circles and were typically asked to read one chapter out loud together and then read one chapter independently. They follow the same routine each day so they only had to learn the routine one day and were set for two weeks. The questions are self created so they range from text based to inferential questions. Experience
This is now my 4th year teaching. I have been teaching third grade for 2 years and taught 4th grade prior to that.
Teaching style
I love to make learning fun. I dedicate MANY countless hours to this profession. My weekends consist of searching and creating fun activities and lessons for the kids!
My own education history
I obtained my undergraduate degree in economics and management. I worked in an accounting field for a couple of years which I didn't feel suited me. I decided to get a masters in elementary education and become a teacher. I now do what I love!
