This is a Ratios and Proportions Booklet that I created as an independent study for a couple of my high kiddos. It could be used as an entire class to work through together or as a mini project. This study goes with the nonfiction book Lincoln Photobiography. I used this with an advanced 5th grade reading class, but could be used with 6-8 grade levels. This bundle consists of vocabulary words to study when reading the book and the page number they are found on, as well as vocabulary test over those words. There is also a comprehension book over the test included. This a bundle that focuses on deep thinking skills! It is not your average vocabulary test! I used this unit with a gifted sixth grade class, but it could be adapted.

This is a common core aligned challenge page great for higher level thinkers or gifted dealing with orders of operations. I usually use it as an incentive page (not for a grade). It could be done in groups or partners even.
