I am having my students create a poetry portfolio. I normally just find resources on TPT, but couldn't find a cover page that they could decorate. So, I made this one! I really hope the download works. I am new to this! :)

We had our students, that wanted to be a representative for student council, complete this form. You just need to change the school and you might modify some questions to reflect your school's beliefs.

You can use this slide and change the vocabulary.

Timeline document. You can use this when sequencing events, social studies, etc. Copy and edit it how you need.

I assign these on Google Classroom. Each student gets a copy to work on through the week. I only have 50 minutes, so I do these the first 5 minutes of class. I use it as quick review to keep skills fresh. I also might throw stuff in when I see weaknesses in the classroom. These aren't meant to introduce the skill, just to quick review. These are missing some days due to days off and snow days. You could modify the documents, as needed. I also use myself, or other teachers in the questions. Yo

I used this as a really quick pre, mid, and post assessment on my 5th graders. Ideally, they should have subjects and predicates down before 5th grade. Although, I've learned that isn't usually the case. This was really nice to see how to pull small-groups and how long we maybe needed to spend reviewing subjects and predicates. It also would be great for lower grades that are just starting this!

This is the guidelines we gave for our officers to apply for our student council.

On this template, I have 2 columns because I teach 5th in the morning and 6th in the afternoon. This template is better for people who teach a specific content area. I always keep this blank copy and then click "make a copy" for each week.

ONCE YOU DOWNLOAD IT, IT WILL LOOK BETTER. THE BLACK SQUARE IS A STAR. I made a bookmark for the codes my students use to mark their thinking while independent reading. I print both pages, front to back (I like the little dots on the back you don't have to), then laminate it.

I based some of this template off suggestions from responsive classroom, then molded it to fit how my brain worked day to day. At the bottom is Level-Up, which is our RTI.

To introduce a new text structure I have students first respond to the writing prompt. Then I'm like BOOM you know this structure because you just created it. And then we find tricks to recognize the structure from their own writing.

I combined a few different key parts of a lesson, mostly from responsive classroom. I only teach reading and writing, so you could you'll want to modify for your needs.
