This project is a great supplement to the SpringBoard Level 5 Curriculum (2013 edition). It is similar to the "Brown Eye v. Blue Eye" experiment conducted in the 1970s. I am a huge fan of the Charlotte Danielson framework. I like when students take ownership of their learning, whether by choosing the assignment they complete, creating the assessment tools, etc.

In March 2015, I published my first book entitled, Inside a Young Soul. It is a memoir collection of poetry written to inspire teens, especially girls, as they ride the roller coaster that is adolescence.
