It can be hard to remember all of the accommodations and modifications when we teach multiple sections in a day. I made a summary chart that I fill out at the start of the year and then print one page per section so I can always refer back quickly. This has helped me to be ahead of the game when it comes to getting students what they need, when they need it! Maybe it will help you too!!

Each day I record the date, lesson title, objective, agenda, and homework on the front board of my room. I then have an early finisher record this on the "absent summary form." I keep these sheets in the back of my room in a binder. When a student was absent I require them to check the binder before they come ask me what they missed.
