Individual Student Behavior Contract
This is a behavior contract designed for a secondary school classroom that runs on a block schedule (teachers see students three times a week). I have had huge success using this with key students that need an adult to believe that they can exhibit positive behaviors. The students work with the teacher to set their own weekly goal.
