Parent Communication Log This form has saved me when it came to any questions or concerns that parents have raised. I keep track of every piece of communication I have between the student and parent including when they show up to help sessions. It is already set up to color code if a student joins a session. Use cards as a game to ask questions about a text. Students roll a color dice/spin a color wheel and a number dice. The color dice determines which question they need to answer. When they answer correctly, they get the points that are listed on the number dice.
