This Stress Test is a great tool to use at the start of the school year to identify triggers that students have so that you can be proactive. Prior to using this form, I explain to students the differences between the different levels. Some students are able to complete this independently while others need my assistance.

Parent Communication Log This form has saved me when it came to any questions or concerns that parents have raised. I keep track of every piece of communication I have between the student and parent including when they show up to help sessions. It is already set up to color code if a student joins a session. Simply type in "Joined" or "No Show" in the last column and it will color code for easy review. I started using this form last year when we went 100% virtual and I fully plan to continue
