"Analyze and Describe Shapes" Guided Math I Can Cards
Making Guided Math a little bit easier! That's what I was thinking of when I created this product. After playing around with Guided Math in my own classroom I have polished up one of my ideas for others to try.
In our Math Workshop the students participate in Standards-Based centers or rotations three days a week. In an effort to better communicate with my students the WHY of what they are doing I have organized my Math Workshop into my FAME structure.

Teaching style
I love structure and believe students do, too. Spending time during the first 6 weeks of school is well worth it later in the school year when the students know the expectations and are willing to learn from their mistakes.

On my quest to find my dream teaching job I was fortunate to have some unique experiences that have added to my desire to incorporate technology and math into my teaching. I am constantly thinking of how I can reuse and incorporate things into my classroom. I love learning from others, whenever and wherever I can!
