Since we are unable to host an end of year science fair this year, I created this virtual science fair option instead. We are allowed to have students record a video and submit to Google Classroom or, in this case, attach to a slideshow presentation. I am able to have all my students, 6-8, participate because I do work at a very small school.

I created this slide show all about space for my 6th graders. They worked on it in school at the time and worked together for some of it. They could absolutely do this at how though as either a homework option or a distance learning option. There are passages and videos throughout the slideshow with a question or two to answer for each slide. This could also be used as extra reinforcement during the space labs from the new lab books. Hello! I created these energy notes for my middle school students during this distance learning time. I also created a notes sheet to match. My students will be doing a couple of hands on activities first, then discussing what observations they made and using these notes to complete the fill in the notes questions. All of the other sheets and activities I mentioned above are also available at my store!
