This reading log can be used with Fountas and Pinnell. It will track the date, title, author, what page they begin reading for the day, what page they end reading for the day, the genre, and a star rating. We use this to glue into our reading response notebooks.

This letter to students and parents explains the autobiography project and gives them a chapter guideline. Chapters can be changed and rearranged by you, I found that I cut out some of the chapters toward the end of the project. You can even give them the whole list and let them pick the chapters they would like to write. This goes with my autobiography Power Point and rubric.
