This behavior chart is intended to track daily behavior occurrences and can be adapted to fit the needs of your students. 1. Set goals for replacement behaviors in positive terms (ie "I will keep by hands to myself" instead of "I will not hit") 2. Define the criteria for success (ie tally each prompt needed: 0-2 tallies for a happy face, 4-3 tallies for a neutral face, 5+ tallies for a sad face)
This editable file allows you to set 2 or 3 daily behavior or study skill targets for you students. Each target can be tracked based on class period or time of day. School-to-home communication is encouraged with weekly parent initials.
