Introductory unit vocabulary use

This power point presentation includes all of the vocabulary for this theme. In addition, I included some terms and verbs previously learned as a review. I use the power point to introduce the vocabulary and also to play review games with my students such as around the world.

I created this PowerPoint to teach classroom commands along with the Para Empezar unit of Realidades A.

Pobre Ana was created to engage my students with the vocabulary. This is a two to three day activity that is a fun way of learning the vocabulary. The story was created based on the vocabulary from Realidades Ch. 2A.

I use this power point presentation to tell the story of Paco and how terrible his day is. I use the vocabulary from Realidades Ch. 3A. Prior to showing the video my students have seen the power point on the vocabulary. Then I TPR the vocabulary with them. I introduce "tengo hambre" at this time. I TPR the story first and then I show them the slide show presentation of the story. At the end of the story students work with partners to answer the either/or questions or the yes/no questions. Vocabulary for chapter 2A

I adapted this jeopardy game to fit the vocabulary for Realidades 2, Ch. 1A I have my students use white paddle eraser boards to answer the questions either in groups or as individuals.(Depending on the size of the class.)
