Weekly Warm-Ups are used at the beginning of the Math class or lesson to help the students focus on Math and “warm-up their math brains.” When I begin using the warm-ups I allow 5 – 7 minutes for the warm-up each day/ class. The students get 5 minutes to work the five problem, then we take 2 minutes to give the answers for each question. We do not spend time going over how to get the answers, I just give the answers and the students check them, writing the correct answer in a colored pen/ pencil
