Jenn Breisacher’s teaching journey began in 2007, bringing expertise in social studies and a commitment to student-centered learning to classrooms across New Jersey. After earning dual degrees in History and Education from Monmouth University, Jenn spent over a decade perfecting a student-led approach that she now infuses into her social studies resources. Drawing on experience from both an academically rigorous district and a Title I technical school, Jenn’s resources are designed to be adaptable and relevant for diverse classrooms. Every resource reflects her deep understanding of historical content and her commitment to creating impactful, student-focused classrooms that bring history and social sciences to life. Teaching style

I’m dedicated to a fully learner-centered approach, incorporating student choice, hands-on activities, and a mix of independent and collaborative experiences, all with an emphasis on soft skill development. Student-centered learning is a powerful approach because it naturally differentiates to meet the needs of every student who walks into the classroom and is the absolute best way to teach a social studies classroom.
