Print multiple copies of the blank crayon pages, one crayon for each student in your class. Have them write their name and decorate by drawing an illustration about what makes them unique. Request to Retest Have students fill out this Retest Request in order to retake an assessment. They need to reflect about why they didn't pass the first test, and they must take action before they are allowed to take a retest.
