To play this game in our class, I put two chairs facing the class so that the "contestants" can't see the word on the screen. Next, I ask the students in the "audience" for one word clues. Whoever gives the clue that helps a contestant guess the word gets to take the losing contestant's place in the front. The kids LOVE this game and ask to play all of the time. This activity helps students to determine if their answers are correct without asking the teacher. Students can use this sheet to check their own work. The "Add It Up" sheet can be used for any math or science topic that has numeric answers. Students do up to 16 questions prepared by the teacher and fill in the appropriate boxes on the sheet. Once they are done, the students add up their answers and if the sum is the same as the sum given by the teacher before or after the activity, then the
