This activity helps students to determine if their answers are correct without asking the teacher. Students can use this sheet to check their own work. The "Add It Up" sheet can be used for any math or science topic that has numeric answers. Students do up to 16 questions prepared by the teacher and fill in the appropriate boxes on the sheet. This form is used in my class to summarize what happened in class for the day. It is meant as a way for students who are absent (or just want a reminder) to see at a glance what they missed.
