Welcome to The Intricate Learner. After 20+ years in the Exceptional Children’s Program, I’ve worn nearly every hat in the building. I currently serve as both the EC Program Facilitator and EC Lead Teacher, while actively contributing to our School Improvement and MTSS Leadership teams. I know that special education is a beautiful, complex puzzle. But I also know that the "invisible" workload, the documentation, data tracking, curriculum accommodations, and compliance, can lead to burnout without the right systems.
