This a review packet designed to review 3D and 2D shapes, angles, and other geometry terms such as congruency, symmetry, parallel, perpendicular and intersecting lines. This can be used as a homework assignment, for morning work, or in class as a review.

Students will love this hands on activity to find combinations. Students are presented with a word problem and they must use the colored cubes to solve for the answer. This tic tac toe board can be given to students to give them ideas of an activity to complete when studying a country of their choice. This particular board is for Mexico but it can be applied to any other country of study. These activities are great because they require students to use a variety of ELA skills such as reading, writing, listening and speaking. This is a great way to assess students on the country they've learned in a fun and creative way.

These sheets can be used with your students as they learn shapes, area, volume, and angles. I've used these sheets for students to make a vocabulary booklet throughout the geometry chapter so they have something to use to study from before a test. You can even have students make the pages at a math station/center.

This activity is great to use at a writing station or center. Student's get to be creative writers and poets and will use the word FRIENDSHIP to create a poem. If students have never written an acrostic poem, this will need to be modeled. I usually model how to write this type of poem with a simple word like LOVE.
