This is a sample of the science word wall I am creating. It is a way for students to learn scientific vocabulary as well as its application. I have used word walls as assessments to measure student's knowledge and understanding of science concepts.

Scientific discoveries were made through investigations.
I was in scientific research before teaching, and I cannot think of teaching science in any other way.
I believe that teaching should focus not just on engaging students in the classroom, but also in developing their conceptual understanding.
