Experience

I am a second-year school-based speech-language pathologist working with students pre-k through sixth grade. I have a strong interest in TBI's and am a member of my agency's Brain Injury Resource Team. I am also very interested in children's literature and creating activities that are based off of books.

Teaching style

I believe that learning should be fun and productive. I always have high expectations for my students and always include them in monitoring their own progress to promote motivation and self-awareness. I love working with kids and exploring new techniques for speech-language therapy!

My own education history

I attended University of Northern Iowa for both my undergraduate and graduate degrees in speech-language pathology. Go Panthers!
