Experience

I have been a teacher of Adult Literacy and Numeracy and English as a second language for over 20 years. I have worked with ESL and EFL students. I have taught all levels of language, literacy and numeracy from beginning reader/writers to university level.

Teaching style

I work collaboratively with students and plan individually based on the literacy and numeracy needs that they express. I create learning materials using real life, authentic information that is relevant to students. I always put learning into context for my students.
