This year with COVID CRAZINESS I am trying to find anything I can to keep my students engaged since they are unfortunately stuck at their desks for 4 hours. LEGOS have been AMAZING for this! I just introduced the concept of 2 parts making a whole and math stories to my Firsties. I let them build with LEGOS for each story we read in order to break up the lesson.
