Long Division Graphic Organizer- Division w\out Tears!

This is a graphic organizer that I use with my third graders to help them better understand and apply the long division formula. Every year I have run into the same problem: my students are unable to conceptualize long division and have a lot of difficulty learning the steps. This graphic organizer has been PHENOMENAL for my students! Not only do they learn the process, they memorize the format and after practice- can independently solve long division without the use of a graphic organizer.
