This activity was designed to complement a 5th Grade introduction to "Graphing Points on a Coordinate Plane" (as specified by the Common Core Standards). However, any teacher or homeschooling parent planning to introduce this subject in Grade 4 will also find this activity useful. This activity presupposes an understanding of Symmetry and, therefore, also aligns with Grade 4 Common Core Standards.
