Students translate shapes that come together to form an M, because math is super awesome! 2 paper versions: - word phrase (right 3, down 4) - rules (x+3,y-4) Google Slides digital version added with rules only. A Google Forms quiz is also included!

Quadratics - Vertex Form Mystery Picture
Students are given 12 quadratics in vertex form. They need to identify the x-intercepts, y-intercept, vertex, or axis of symmetry. Each correct answer reveals a piece of a picture! This is a Google Form quiz, with a link to an additional form with the student activity. You can edit the form containing student's names, period, and questions about the activity. You can not edit the 12 question puzzle activity. Here is a video preview.

Teaching style
It's my goal to create middle school math lessons that reduce math anxiety and encourage students to try. I want every student engaged in math and to feel successful.
