These math vocabulary cards were originally created for the Pearson EnVision Math Series, Grade 1. Print on white cardstock and cut apart. They are 7¼ by 2¼ inches when cut. I also have the vocabulary cards in a center where the kids match the picture to the vocabulary word.

This is one of my kids’ favorite activities. Each student will need a sentence strip. I always try to use the heavier weight sentence strips, or cut your own from card stock. The students write one number on each ghost/leaf (1-10). You can have them write even numbers in one color and odd numbers in another. Then they color the ghosts and/or leaves. Next, they write the colors of each ghost/leaf on their recording sheet. Finally, students cut out the ghosts and/or leaves and glue them in seque
