I have worked in special education for 10 years and in my current job for 9 years as a setting 3 Autism teacher. I teach many subjects: literacy, math, social skills, and self-regulation are some subjects that I teach.
This was created to support students learning division visually especially with remainders. Inside this packet are simple division with remainders and 2-step division with remainders. Both are demonstrated visually to support students with EL or with disabilities.

Here is an alternative to completing worksheets for these skills. I include a skill sheet which explains how students can convert the number to compare them. You could use them in math centers, have the students work them out on whiteboards, use it for a game, or as task cards. As they are cut apart the students are not as overwhelmed as using the skills on a worksheet.
These worksheets provide specific spacing for each step when completing greatest common factors. Some students find it difficult to complete the steps when they are given a blank space to complete the problems. These worksheets also include using GCF to reduce or simplify fractions to help students understand what they are using this skill for.
The worksheets provide a visual structure for students to learn and master the steps needed to convert fractions and decimals. They can be used for lessons where students need extra some structure when learning these skills. There is an answer key and blank sheets for you to write your own problems for those who need more repetition.
This packet contains worksheets to support students visually understanding how to complete fractions. After completing the problems using visual representation the students will then learn and practice how to complete the problems using math. The different steps of the problems are clearly outlined for students in steps provided and with visual structure for them to follow in completing the problems.
