This is an activity to increase self-reflection for stuttering. The directions are to "Write down three situations during the week that you used a fluency strategy (i.e. light contacts, breathing, pausing). Identify the strategy you used & the conversation partner(s)." This can be used to discuss communication throughout the week and how to increase fluency overall.
Stuttering therapy is a team-effort. Use this homework as a way for family member's to reflect on their fluency-enhancing strategies throughout the week! Document is editable to add child's name and accommodate different family structures.
Fully editable- Great way to target expressing emotions by defining familiar feeling words (i.e. happy and sad), then utilizing resources to find antonyms and synonyms for the words, as well as to allow students to reflect on what the word means for them. Great for social-emotional goals, as well as speech/language therapy goals.
